禁带区电磁带隙结构电磁信号的相位特性

摘要 EBG禁带区的电磁特性使人们期望其在微波工程领域得到广泛应用。对EBG平行入射信号的相位特性进行了仿真,并对禁带区微波传输信号的相位随着频率变化的速率与随着反射信号变化的速率做了计算和比较。仿真和分析结果表明:当微波信号平行入射时,正向传输信号在禁带区的相移随着频率变化的速率比通带区的相位随着频率变化的速率小很多。所设计的EBG通带相位变化率是禁带相位变化率的2.92倍,但同时该区域的信号衰减很大;在禁带区反射信号相移随着频率的变化率只是通带变化率的6.6%;与正向传输信号不同的是反射端口信号的衰减较小,更适合用于设计宽频带的微波器件。 The electromagnetic characteristics of the EBG forbidden band make it expected to be widely used in the field ofmicrowave engineering. The phase characteristics of the parallel incident signal of EBG were simulated. The?relative?change?rate ofthe phase with the frequency and the phase change rate of the reflected signal were calculated and compared. The simulation andanalysis showed that for the parallel incident signal the change rate of the phase shifting with the frequency was obviously decreasedin the bandgap, compared to that in the passband. For the EBG designed in the paper the phase change rate transmitting forward was2.92 times that of the forbidden zone, but the signal attenuation in the bandgap was very large; For the reflected signal in theforbidden zone the change rate was only 6.6% of that of the passband and the attenuation of the reflection port signal was smallerthan the forward transmission signal, therefore, it was more suitable for the design of the broadband microwave devices.
