摘要
分析了目前我省高校创新创业教育与新工科教育的融合、发展中存在的组织管理方式落后、课程设置不连贯、师资队伍兼职不稳定、制度保障缺失和实践教育平台不足等问题,提出了构建创新创业教育体系所需要采取的措施,即创新组织管理,做好制度和服务保障工作,构建创新创业课程教学体系,打造稳定的专职"双师型"师资队伍,抓好环境氛围建设。
The problems existing in the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and new subject education incolleges and universities in our province were analyzed, such as backward organizational management, curriculum inconsistence,unstable part-time teaching staff, lack of system guarantee and insufficient platform for practical education. The measures were putforward to construct innovation and entrepreneurship education system, including innovating organization and management, ensuringsystem and service, constructing innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum teaching system, creatinga stable full-time “doublequalified” teaching staff anda good environmental atmosphere.
