摘要
为了降低制造成本,确保覆盖件品质,以某汽车覆盖件的翼子板为研究对象,根据其翼子板的形状特征并结合生产实际,制定较合理的工艺方案。利用Auto Form软件进行成形性模拟,验证成形模的工艺造型及工艺方案的可行性,并优化加工型面,减少制造周期及确保产品外观面品质。研究结果表明:通过采用合理的模具工艺方案及优化加工数据,能有效地控制覆盖件的缺陷,缩短制造周期,降低制造成本,提高材料利用率。该模具工艺设计对覆盖件的实际设计体系具有重要的指导作用。
In order to reduce the manufacturing cost and ensure the quality of panel parts,taking panel parts of automobile fender as the research object,according to its shape characteristics of the fender and connecting with the production and making more reasonable process scheme,it used the software Auto Form to make simulation,And we validated the forming mold process modelling and process feasibility,and optimized the processing surface,reduced the manufacturing cycle to ensure appearance quality of styling surface. The research results show that by adopting reasonable die process scheme and the optimization of processing data,it can effectively control the defect of panel parts,shorten the manufacturing timing,reduce the manufacturing cost and improve the utilization rate of materials. The mold process design has important guiding effect on the actual design system of the panel parts.
