摘要
河北承德某伟晶岩型钾长石砂矿经提纯后剩余的尾矿中石英的含量较高,故对尾矿中的石英采用"磨矿-强磁选-酸浸-煅烧-水淬-二次酸浸"工艺进行提纯,最终获得SiO_2质量分数为99.992 8%、Fe杂质质量分数为9.6×10^(-6)、Al杂质质量分数为4.1×10^(-6)的高纯石英粉,避免了尾矿浪费,有利于资源综合利用。
The content of quartz was high in the tailings of the pegmatite potassium feldspar mine in Chengde,Hebei province. The process of "strong magnetic separation-acid leaching-roasting-water quenching-the second acid leaching"was adopted to purify quartz. Finally,the high purity quartz powder with content of 99. 992 8% SiO_2,9. 6 × 10^(-6) Fe and 4. 1 × 10^(-6) Al was obtained. This had certain significance to avoid waste of tailings and utilize resources in a comprehensive way.
