青少年网络欺凌行为探究

Research on Juvenile Cyberbullying Behavior

网络欺凌行为是指欺凌者借助互联网技术,利用网络自媒体、移动通讯工具等设备在网络空间里对自己看不顺眼或有矛盾冲突的人进行攻击的行为。人们特别是青少年遭遇网络欺凌后,学习、生活和心理都会发生巨大的变化,轻者影响身心健康,重者危及生命安全。我国应完善相关的法律法规,通过全社会、学校和家庭的不懈努力,加大治理和管控力度,以预防最终禁绝网络欺凌行为。

Cyberbullying behavior refers to that of bullies who use Internet technology and devices such as media and mobile communication tools to attack those who are pleasing to them or make fun of them in the cybersapce. Once young people experience cyberbullying, their study, life and psychology will suffer to some extent. Some victims would suffer mentally and healthfully, while others would endanger their lives. The paper holds that China should improve relevant laws and regulations, and strive to conduct cyberspace governance and control through joint efforts of whole society, schools and families in order to prevent cyberbullying.
