奥施康定治疗鼻咽癌放疗致口腔黏膜损伤疼痛效果分析及不良反应的护理

Effect of oxycodone used to treat the pain of oral mucosal injured by radiotherapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and nursing of its aderverse reaction

目的观察奥施康定治疗鼻咽癌放疗致口腔黏膜损伤疼痛的疗效和总结其不良反应的护理经验。方法对43例接受放疗致口腔黏膜损伤疼痛的患者给予口服奥施康定,治疗过程了解其效果及不良反应发生情况,并给予采取针对性的护理对策。结果服用奥施康定1周后有42例患者(97.67%)疼痛有效缓解,有1例患者(2.33%)无缓解;不良反应:便秘20例(占46.51%),呕吐11例(占25.58%),恶心8例(占18.60%),头晕4例(占9.30%),嗜睡4例(占9.30%),胃痛1例(占2.33%)。结论奥施康定治疗鼻咽癌放疗致口腔黏膜损伤疼痛的疗效确切,但存在不良反应,应做好针对性护理工作,及时缓解患者的症状,确保患者顺利渡过放疗期。

Objective To observe the effect of Oxycodone used to treat the pain of oral mucosal injuried by radiotherapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and summarize the nursing experience of its adverse reactions. Methods 43 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who had oral mucosal injury with grade II or above after radiotherapy were given Oxycodone orally. The effect of the treatment and the adverse reaction during the treatment were recorded and the nursing interventions about the adverse reaction were given. Results 42 patients （97.67%） had pain relifing after one weak oraling Oxycodone. Only 1 patient （2.33%） didn＇t have pain relifing. There were 20 patients （46.51） suffering constipation, 11 （25.58%）vomiting, 8 （18.60%）nausea, 4 （9.30%）dizziness, 4 （9.30%）drowsiness, 1（2.33%） gastric pain, respectively. Conclusion Using Oxycodone to treat the oral mucosa injury caused by radiotherapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma is effective, but exists some adverse reactions. We should do some nursing measures in time to relieve the symptoms of the patients and to ensure the patient to cross the radiotherapy period safety.
