MRI与超声在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病诊断中的对比分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:采用阿洛卡a10、GE E9彩色多普勒超声诊断仪和GE Signa HDx 3.0 T MRI对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)进行影像学诊断分析,探讨超声、MRI诊断价值及两者间的关系。方法:选择105例确诊为HIE的足月新生儿,出生后2周内分别行彩色多普勒超声和MRI检查。对图像和病理特点进行综合评价,并对诊断结果进行统计学分析。结果:在HIE的分度诊断中,MRI和临床列联系数为0.656 7,P<0.01;超声和临床列联系数为0.637 2,P<0.05;超声和MRI列联系数为0.745 2,P<0.01。结论:MRI与超声在HIE诊断中均发挥重要作用,利用各自的特点可更好地为临床服务。 Objective:To analyze the value of ultrasound and MRI in diagnosis of neonate with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) and to analyze the relationship between the two methods. Methods:105 newborns with HIE were selected. All the cases underwent color Doppler ultrasound and MRI after two-week old. Comprehensive evaluation was made on the image and pathological characteristics,and the diagnosis results were statistically analyzed. Results:Division diagnosis in HIE:MRI and clinical contingency coefficient:0.6567,P〈0.01,US and clinical contingency coefficient:0.6372,P=0.0448,P〈0.05;US and MRI column connection number was 0.74527,P〈0.01. There was a higher coincidence rate of MRI and US in the pathologic diagnosis of HIE. Conclusion:There is a good correlation between MRI and ultrasound in the HIE,and the advantages of their own characteristics should be taken for better clinical services.
