三门峡市结合自身优势,紧抓特色农业主线,大力发展食用菌产业,产业效益日益显现。本文通过对三门峡市食用菌产业发展现状的深入调研,获得了食用菌产业发展的第一手数据,包括各区县食用菌产业布局、规模、主要食用菌产品品种、产品初加工及精加工形式等信息,为下一步产业结构研判与优化提供科学依据。

Based on environmental advantages and characteristic agriculture policies, edible fungi industry develops rapidly in San Menxia. In this research, the current status of edible fungi industry was invested in our research, including the distribution and scale of edible fungi industry in each district, the main products and the preliminary processing of products and the form of intensive processing, which provides scientific basis for the further study and optimization of industrial structure.
