高考改革视域下学生综合素质评价省级诊改策略研究——《新高考背景下综合素质评价的实践探索及应对策略研究》研究报告 被引量:4

摘要 黑龙江省即将全面实行新的考试招生制度,综合素质评价作为高校招生录取的重要参考,呈现的问题会更多、涉及的范围会更广。课题研究以问题为导向,突出重点,运用理论研究和实证分析等方法,改革现有综合素质评价模式和操作方法,建立科学的教育评价机制,构建符合素质教育和新课程要求的评价体系。提出综合素质评价课程化新观点和我省本科高校试行综合评价招生政策的书面建议,并重新界定了评价主体,对评价参与者责任关系做出新解释,实现了评价认识上的新突破,探索出适合我省学生的综合素质评价优化路径和推进模式。研究成果真正起到了服务决策和指导学校实践的作用。 With the execution of new examination and enrollment system in Heilongjiang Province, the Comprehensive Quality Assess-ment will show more problems and have a wider range as an important reference. Aiming at these problems and highlighting the keypoints, this research combines the quantitative and the qualitive methods and reform the mode and system of the Comprehensive QualityAssessment with theoretical and practical research. It will also help to establish the scientific education evaluation mechanism, build theevaluation system, which meets the demand of quality education and the new curriculum standard and present the new opinions of theComprehensive Quality Assessment as well as the suggestions of the enrollment policy in Heilongjiang Province. Besides, it will givea newdefinition of the participator's responsibility and makea new breakthrough in order to find a optimal mode of the Comprehensive QualityAssessment, which is fit for the students of Heilongjiang Province. The research result plays an important role in the decision and guid-ance of school.
