校企合作创新创业人才培养长效机制研究

Research on the Long-term Mechanism of School-enterprise Cooperation Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training

近年来,"招工难"、"就业难"问题依然十分严峻,为此,必须深化高职院校与企业合作,构建起创新创业人才培养长效机制。本文结合高职院校创新创业人才培养现状,探讨校企合作创新创业人才培养长效机制的构建策略,为高职院校人才培养工作提供参考和借鉴。

In recent years, the problem of ＂difficult job recruitment＂ and ＂difficult employment＂ is still very severe. Therefore, it is neces-sary to promote the cooperation mechanism of school enterprise, deepen the cooperation and build a long-term mechanism for cultivatingentrepreneurial talents. This paper, based on the status quo of entrepreneurial talents training in higher vocational colleges, discusses theconstruction strategy of the long-term mechanism, in order to provide reference for cultivating talents in higher vocational colleges.
