With the deepening of quality education, the importance of physical education has attracted more and more attention. In orderto effectively enhance the effectiveness, it is necessary to construct the contents of physical education scientifically and reasonably. Basedon project-based teaching, this paper discusses the ways and means of constructing the content of physical education in order to promotethe steady improvement of the quality of physical education.
