配电装置数字化设计联动技术研究

摘要 三维数字化设计的宗旨在于整合工程各参建方数据信息、提高设计效率、优化设计质量,为施工、运维输送带有数据信息的三维模型,实现设计数据的最大化利用。文章在配电装置数字化设计流程研究的基础上,详细剖析联动技术的实现方式及联动对象间的对应关系;重点阐述利用数据联动技术实现逻辑模型与布置模型联动、布置模型与二维视图联动、布置模型与设备材料统计联动等功能;数据库记录的唯一性确保二维图纸(含设备材料统计)与三维模型间的一一对应关系,确保工程数据的源头——设计数据的准确性;联动技术可有效缩短工程师在检查设计成果错漏消耗的时间,最大化减少人为失误,是三维数字化设计的核心技术所在。 The purpose of digital design is the integration of project stakeholders data, improving the efficiency of design and optimization of the design quality, conveying model with data information for construction and maintenance, to maximize the use of design data. Based on the research of digital design process of power distribution equipment, this paper analyzes the realization mode of linkage technology and the corresponding relationship among linkage objects in detail; The linkage between logical model and layout model, layout model and two-dimensional view, layout model and equipment material statistical and so on are expounded in detail by using data linkage technology; The uniqueness of database records ensures the one-to-one correspondence between drawings (including equipment materials statistics) and models, as well as the accuracy of data sources at the end of the design data; Linkage technology can reduce the time for engineers to check the errors and omissions in the design results, and maximize the reduction of human error. It is the highlight and core technology of the three-dimensional digital design.
