构建资产全寿命周期管理体系是电力企业资产管理的核心,通过借鉴国际资产管理标准和方法,深入研究体系的理念和内涵,将较晦涩概念有效融入电力企业管理实践,充分把握电网特点,围绕电网安全及城市高可靠性供电要求,突出抓好"12345"体系建设,从标准解读、组织搭建、规范建立、业务应用、管理提升五个方面,建立起25项资产全过程闭环管控机制,深入推进规划设计、采购建设、运维检修、退役处置各业务管理提升,高效助力资产管理水平工作迈上新台阶。
