摘要
为适用于煤矿井下管道气体及液体压力的连续监测,设计了一种基于恒流源驱动方式的压力传感器,重点介绍了传感器的硬件组成结构和软件设计流程。该传感器的微处理器采用低功耗的MKL16Z128为主要控制芯片,压力传感元件输出信号直接通过微处理器进行数据采集处理,输出压力值。试验结果表明,该传感器具有功耗低、精度高、稳定可靠、抗干扰能力强等特点。
For continuous monitoring of gas and liquid pressure in underground coal mine, a pressure sensor based on constant cmTent somme was designed. The hardware structure and soflware design process of the sensor were mainly introduced. The microprocessor of the sensor used the low-power MKL16Z128 as the main control chip, and the output signal of the pressure sensor element was directly processed by microprocessor, and the output pressure value was output. The experimental results show that the sensor has the characteristics of low power consumption, high precision, stability and reliability, and high anti-interference ability.
