摘要
导向滑靴是采煤机的关键零件,对采煤机起导向与支撑作用。针对MG300/710-WD系列电牵引采煤机在矿区进行工业性试运行时,出现多起导向滑靴过早断裂异常失效的情况,分析了可能导致导向滑靴过早失效的因素,并有针对性地提出改善措施,从而有效地提高导向滑靴的可靠性与使用寿命。
Guiding slipper is the key part of shearer, which has guiding and supporting functions for shearers Aiming at the in abnormal failings shearer, it plays dustrial running trial of MG300/710-WD series electric traction shearer in mining area, many of guiding slipper' s premature rupture occered. As the guiding slipper is the key part of the the guiding and supporting roles of the shearer, the factors that may lead to premature failure of the guiding slipper was analyzed, and the improvement measures was put forward to improve the reliability and service life of the guide slipper effectively.
