摘要
以LW6B-252型高压断路器为研究对象,对高压断路器的常见故障进行了分析,确定了故障监测内容,包括:高压断路器分(合)闸线圈电流信号、动触头行程-时间特性、分(合)闸线圈电压信号及控制箱内温升。通过对监测内容与故障之间的对应关系进行研究,对用于故障诊断的特征信号进行了提取,并基于LabVIEW环境开发了一套高压断路器故障监测系统,该系统可以实现高压断路器故障监测数据的获取,波形的实时显示以及故障诊断等功能。通过试验,验证了该监测系统的可行性。
Taking the LW6B-252 type high voltage circuit breaker as research object, the common faults of high voltage circuit breakers have been analyzed, and the contents of fault monitoring have been determined, which included the current circuit of the high voltage circuit breaker, the distance-time characteristic of the moving contact, the voltage signal of the brake circuit and the temperature rise inside the control box. The colfespondence between the monitoring content and the fault has been studied, and the feature signals for fault diagnosis have been extracted. A set of fault monitoring system for high voltage circuit breaker has been developed on the basis of LabVIEW environment. This system can achieve the functions of obtaining the fault monitoring data of high voltage circuit breakers, displaying the wavefonn in real time and diagnosing the fault. The fault monitoring system verified the feasibility of the monitoring system through experiments.
