摘要 矿山物联网分为感知层、传输层和应用层。目前,感知层主要以现场总线(FCS)控制方式为主。各FCS子系统相对独立,这并不符合矿山物联网从底层进行信息融合的理念。新桥煤矿对此进行了技术改造,按现场总线具有开放性和互操作性的性能,用FCS实现现场各个控制器和仪表设备互联,提高各子系统间的融合程度,实现了智能设备互相感知,即物与物相联,取得了较好的效果。 The Internet of things (MIoT) in the mine is divided into the perception layer, the transmission layer and the application layer. At present, the sensing layer is mainly based on the fieldbus control system (FCS) mode. The FCS subsystem is relatively independent, which does not conform to the idea of information fusion from the bottom of the mine. The technical of Xinqiao Coal Mine has been transformed, according to the fieldbus has openness and inter-operability performance, which realized the scene of each controller and instrumentation for the interconnection of FCS, improved the degree of integration between each subsystem, realized the intelligent equipment mutual awareness that connected objects and objects, obtained a better effect.
