改进型湿式喷浆机组在巷道中的试验及分析

摘要 提高煤矿井下巷道喷浆工作效率,不但要降低工人的劳动强度,而且要降低在喷浆工作中的粉尘浓度,以改善工人的作业环境,满足巷道支护强度要求。为适应大断面巷道的需要,自主研发了JSBX6-L型湿式喷浆机组改进型成套设备,通过在平陆晋平煤业公司进行了工业性试验,取得了一定的效果。 In order to meet the needs of large section tunnel, improve the working efficiency of coal mine roadway, not only to reduce the labor intensity of the workers, but also to reduce the dust concentration in the spraying work, improve the working environment of the workers, meet the requirements of the tunnel support strength, and independently developed the improved complete set of wet shotcreting unit JSBX6-L. Industrial experiments were carried out in Pinglu Jinping Coal Company, and the experimental data were obtained and analyzed.
