摘要 针对煤矿井下带式输送机应用中存在输送带磨损快及耗能多的问题,提出了变频驱动控制技术的应用。通过对榆树湾煤矿变频驱动应用实例同目前应用较为广泛的可控传输装置CST驱动系统相互比较,结果表明应用变频驱动系统启动性能、自动调速、运行稳定及节能效果有明显的优点。 Aiming at the problem of abrasive belt wear and large energy consumption in the application of belt conveyor in underground coal mine, the application of variable frequency drive control technology has been put forward. Through the application example of the variable frequency drive in Yushu Bay Coal Mine and the comparison with the CST drive system which is widely used at present, it shows that the application of frequency conversion drive system has the advantages of stable starting performance, automatic speed regulation, smooth operation and energy saving effect.
