多绳摩擦式提升机主滚筒偏移调整方案

摘要 红庆河煤矿的主井提升机在试运行阶段出现主滚筒向一侧偏移现象,经试验分析,确定为振动所造成的轴向位移。通过调整游动轴承侧定位调整垫片,使滚筒两侧轴承滚子受力均匀,径向间隙稳定,将滚筒调整至质量中心位置,可确保主提升设备可靠运行。 In view of the main shaft hoist in the Hongqinghe Coal Mine, the main roller was shifted to one side during the trial operation, through the test analysis, the axial displacement caused by the vibration part was determined. By adjusting the position and adjusting shim of the moving bearing side, the bearing roller of both sides of the cylinder has been evenly stressed, the radial clearance was stable, and the drum was adjusted to the position of the mass center, which ensured the reliable operation of the main lifting device.
