摘要
研究α-萘乙酸(NAA)50、100、200mg·L-13个浓度处理对铭月和黄丽2种多肉植物叶插生根的影响。试验结果表明:NAA 3个浓度处理对铭月和黄丽两种多肉植物叶插生根的影响不同,NAA 100mg·L-1浓度处理对铭月的叶插生根效果较好,生根率达98.33%,平均根长和根系效果指数最大;NAA 50mg·L-1浓度处理对黄丽的叶插生根效果较好,生根率达98.67%,平均根长和根系效果指数最大。
In this paper, effects of three concentration of NAA (50 mg·L^-1, 100 mg·L^-1 and 200 mg·L^-1) on rooting of succulent cv. 'Mingyue' and ' Huangli' propagated by leaf cutting were studied. The results showed that there were different effects on rooting by using three concentration of NAA. When 100 mg·L^-1 NAA was used, 'Mingyue' had high rooting ratio, reaching 98. 33% and maximum average root length and root effective index. When 50 mg·L^-1 NAA was used, 'Huangli' had high rooting ratio, reaching 98.67% and maximum average root length and root effective index.
