宿鸭湖水库淤积分析及清淤扩容方案研究 被引量:5

摘要 宿鸭湖水库是淮河流域大洪河支流汝河干流上一座以防洪为主,结合灌溉、发电、养殖、旅游等综合利用的大(Ⅰ)型平原水库,控制流域面积4 498 km^2,库区位于宿鸭湖湿地范围内。水库运行已近60年,库床淤积壅高,库容逐年减少,水深逐渐变浅,影响水体自净功能。针对库床比较缓、库面面积大的平原水库在长期运行后出现泥沙淤积现象,导致兴利库容逐渐被蚕食的问题,通过水库泥沙淤积分析,根据兴利调节计算原理及方法,以不影响坝体、坝基防渗,增加兴利库容,不影响防洪为原则,结合湿地规划确定水库清淤扩容方案,并结合地区规划提出了开挖土方、淤泥的处理措施,恢复水库兴利库容,改善水质和库周生态环境,持续有效地发挥水库功能。 Locating in Suyahu wetland, Suyahu Reservoir, of which controlled drainage area is 4 498 km2, is a large plain reservoir in tributary of Dahong River and main stream of Ruhe River, Huaihe River basin, which prevents floods wimarily with comprehensive uti- lization of irrigation electricity, generation, cultivation and tourism. After ahnost 60 years' operation, the sediment and heading-up of reservoir bed, the decreasing capacity year by year and the gradually shallowing of water depth have affected the water self-purification ability. Ainfing at gradual inroad on utilizable capacity, resulted from sediment accumulation of plain reservoir after longtime running, whose bed is rather flat, area rather big, based on the reservoir sediment accumulation analysis and principle and method of reservoir benefits, in principle of no effect on dam body and flood control, seepage prevention of dam foundation, and enlargement of utilizable capacity, desilting and expansion scheme is formated on basis of wetland planning and treatment measure of soil and silty excavation is proposed to regain reservoir utilizable capacity, improve water quality and ecological environment around the reservoir, and make reservoir function effective and sustainable.
