摘要 阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)作为最常见的痴呆类型,因其机制不明,目前尚无有效治疗手段。近年来,神经血管性机能障碍逐渐被证实是其发生发展中的一项重要影响因素,为探索血管因素与AD的关系,AD患者脑灌注成像研究工作由此展开。三维动脉自旋标记(three-dimensional arterial spin labeling,3D-ASL)因具有无创伤、重复性好、简便易行等优点,成为AD脑灌注研究的主要成像技术。本文对3D-ASL技术在AD中应用的现状及进展做一综述。 As the most common lype of dementia, Alzheimer' s disease (AD) , has no effective treatment because of its elusive pathogenesis at present. In recent years, since the neurovascular dysfunction have been proved as an integral part of AD, research efforts has been focused on the study of cerebral peffusion imaging among patients with AD and further exploring the relationship between vascular factors and AD. Due to its noninvasiveness, repeatability and convenience, the three-dimensional arterial spin labeling (3D-ASL) peffusion imaging has gradually become the main imaging technique in AD brain peffusion studies. In this review, we present the current situation and progress of the application of 3 D-ASL technology in AD.
