胃肠道间质瘤靶向治疗疗效评价的影像学进展

Progess in imaging evaluation of therapeutic effect about targeted therapy on gastrointestinal stromal tumors

胃肠道间质瘤是来源于胃肠道间质干细胞的一类肿瘤,近年来发病有年轻化趋势。在临床上,胃肠道间质瘤的治疗方式主要是以手术切除为主,但是术后复发率比较高,需要继续行靶向治疗。因为要及时地对治疗方案做出调整,所以要了解胃肠道间质瘤对靶向治疗的反应,此时影像学的各种检查就显得特别重要。影像学检查方法包括:CT、MRI、PET-CT、PET-MRI、影像组学、双能量CT等等。本文针对胃肠道间质瘤靶向治疗疗效评价的影像学进展方面作一综述,期待为今后的临床实践工作及研究能够提供参考。

Gastrointestinal stromal tumor （GIST） is a type of malignant tumor originating from gastrointestinal stromal stem cells, which tends to be younger in recent years. Clinical treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumors is mainly based on surgical resection, but easy to relapse after surgery. Molecular targeted therapy arises at the historic moment. Clinicians need to know the response of gastrointestinal stromal tumors to targeted therapy, so as to make timely adjustment of the treatment plan. At this time, the imaging examination method is particularly important. The method of imaging examination includes CT, MRI, PET-CT, PET- MRI, radiomies, dual energy CT and so on. In this article, we review the imaging progress of targeted therapy for gastrointestinal stromal tumors, providing important reference for future research and clinical practice.
