论研究生培养过程中的自由教育

摘要 自由教育思想由来已久,最初可追溯至古希腊的三位哲学先贤:苏格拉底、柏拉图和亚里士多德。三位哲人对具体的教育问题看法不同,论述不同,但他们都认为教育的最高目标是获取知识和发展智慧本身,不应该怀有功利性目的。因此,在研究生的培养过程中,自由教育对于其独立自主精神、创新精神、民主精神和学术能力的培养和挖掘具有重要作用。本文主要就我国研究生教育现状、研究生培养需要自由教育的原因和自由教育的方式三个方面展开探讨与分析。 The thought of liberal education has a long history,which can be traced back to ancient Greek. There were three philosophers: Socrates,Plato and Aristotle. The three philosophers had different opinions on specific educational issues,but they all believed that the highest goal of education is to acquire knowledge and develop wisdom itself,but not utilitarian purposes. Therefore,in the process of cultivating graduate students,liberal education plays an important role in the cultivation and excavation of their independent spirit,innovative spirit,democratic spirit and academic ability. This paper mainly discusses and analyzes the current situation of graduate education in China,and the reasons for liberal education in postgraduate training as well as the ways of liberal education.
