会计创新人才培养路径研究

Research on Training of Innovative Accounting Talents

根据党的十九大精神,针对目前会计人才培养存在的课程设计不合理、专业特色不突出、师资队伍水平不高及教学评价体系不全面等问题,应从创新人才培养方案、突出专业特色、提升学生实践能力、增强师资力量及完善课程评价体系等方面着手,以培养合乎新时代要求的会计人才。

According to the latest requirements of the 19th National Congress of CPC,this paper mainly discusses current training models of cultivating innovative accounting talents,which have a series of problems lying in fields such as course design,profession specialty,teaching quality,teaching assessment system and so on. To solve these problems,priority should be given to aspects like innovating training plans,stressing professional characters,promoting students’ practice,strengthening teachers’ group,and improving system of curriculum evaluation,etc,in order to foster accounting talents adapting to this new era.
