摘要
目的评价基于最佳证据建立的电子宣教平台对哮喘患儿家长健康教育完整率、哮喘知识水平和患儿随访依从性的影响。方法检索Cochrane library、JBI循证护理数据库、National guideline clearinghouse、Scottish intercollegiate guidelines network和中国生物医学文献服务系统数据库(CMB)中关于儿童哮喘管理或教育的指南、证据总结和系统综述,并对查找到的文章进行阅读和筛选,汇总出关于儿童哮喘健康教育内容的最佳证据。依据证据,我们对20名家长接受到的哮喘教育完整率和患儿随访依从性进行基线调查,并采用自行设计的问卷对这20名家长进行哮喘知识测试。同时以证据为依托建立哮喘电子宣教平台,并在我院高级专家的呼吸科门诊推广应用,再对另20名家长进行哮喘教育完整率、知识测试和随访依从率调查。结果哮喘教育完整率:哮喘诱因和预防从55%上升至100%,哮喘症状识别从30%上升至85%,有效的哮喘处理从40%上升至85%,哮喘吸入器指导在干预前后都为100%,完整率增加差异有统计学意义(P<0. 01)。家长的哮喘知识从7. 95分上升至14. 65分(P<0. 01),随访依从率从基线时的75%上升到实施后的90%,差异有统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论基于循证的哮喘电子宣教平台可增加哮喘健康教育完整率,提高家长知识水平,改善患儿随访依从性。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of an evidence-based electronic education platform on parents~ asthma knowledge, compliance of evidence and patients clinic visit. Methods Cochrane library, JBI database, nation al guideline clearinghouse, Scottish intercollegiate guidelines network and CMB was searched for guidelines, evidence summary and systematic review on asthma. Then the papers was reviewed for the best evidence on asthma education and screened the eligible paper. Based on the evidence from the included paper, we developed a questionnaire to test 20 parents asthma knowledge, and evaluated the compliance of evidence and patients clinic visit in pre and post stage among parents. Results The compliance of evidence improved as follows: asthma prevention increased from 55% in baseline to 100% in post implementation, asthma recognition grew from 30% to 85%, effective asthma treatment increased 40% to 85% and the inhaler education kept at top level 100% (P〈0.01). the knowledge of asthma im proved from 7.95 to 14.65 (P〈0.01) and the compliance of clinic visit showed a good trend from 75% to 90%(P〈0. 01). Conclusions The evidence based electronic education platform improved the compliance of evidence and clinic visits, and increased the asthma knowledge.
