阐述发展传染病专科护士的意义,提出培养和发展传染病专科护士的构想。从传染病专科护士培训学员的准入、培训课程的设置、师资队伍的选拔以及学员的考核及资格认证方面进行了分析并提出建议,论述了专科护士、"在某一专科工作的护士"以及临床护理专家的区别,指出传染病专科护士的准入考试、注册与再注册是需要进一步探索的问题。

To discuss the significance and proposes the conception of training and developing infectious diseases specialty nurse. The analysis was presented on the access of trainees, arrangement of training curriculum, selection of teaching staff, assessment and qualification certification of trainees and some suggestions were put forward. The distinction of specialty nurse, nurse working in some certain specialty and clinical nurse specialist was discussed. It is pointed out that the admission test, registration, and re registration of infectious diseases specialty nurse are the issues need to further explore.
