对应用型本科高校加强学科建设的认识与思考

Thoughts and Reflections on Strengthening the Discipline Construction in Applied Undergraduate Universities

学科是本科高校赖以生存和发展的基础,学科建设是本科高校建设发展的核心,决定着高校的特色和优势。地方应用型本科高校应当加强学科建设。本文以湖北省2017年申报新增硕士学位授权单位高校学科建设为样本,分析了地方应用型本科高校学科建设中存在的问题。地方应用型本科高校应当从以下几方面加强学科建设:加强学科建设的研究与规划,围绕学科建设要素实施相应建设计划,推动体制机制创新,形成学科建设合力。

Discipline is the foundation for the survival and development of undergraduate universities. Discipline construction is the core of the construction and development of undergraduate universities and determines the characteristics and advantages of universities. Local application-oriented undergraduate universities should strengthen discipline construction. Taking the discipline construction of universities in Hubei province which applied for new master＇ s degree authorization in 2017 as sample, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the discipline construction of local application-oriented un- dergraduate universities. Local application-oriented undergraduate universities should strengthen dis- cipline construction from the following aspects： to strengthen the research and planning of discipline construction, implement corresponding construction plans around the elements of discipline construc- tion, promote the innovation of system and mechanism and thus to form the joint forces of discipline construction.
