摘要
八仙糕是《外科正宗》用于治疗痈疽见脾胃虚弱证的处方。克罗恩病属难治性疾病,病因病机复杂。本文从肠痈角度探析克罗恩病,并从外科内治出发,分析八仙糕治疗克罗恩病的机理。
Baxian Cake is a prescription used to treat abscess with spleen-stomach deficiency syndrome in Wai Ke Zheng Zong. Crohn＇s disease is a refractory disease. It has very complicated cause and pathogenesis. This article analyzed Crohn＇s disease from the point of intestinal abscess, and discussed the mechanism of Baxian Cake for the treatment of Crohn＇s disease from the perspective of internal treatment methods of surgery.
