摘要
马来酸酐(MAH)接枝处理玄武岩纤维后,可以增强玄武岩纤维竹木胶合板的胶合性能。研究了马来酸酐对玄武岩纤维竹木胶合板胶合性能的影响,得出了马来酸酐接枝处理玄武岩纤维的优化工艺:时间为3 h,处理温度为50℃,浓度为0.08 mol/L,该条件下制备的玄武岩纤维竹木胶合板的各项性能参数比空白组都有明显提高,其中干态胶合强度提高了110%,湿态胶合强度提高了120%,剥离率则由20.15%降低到0。
Maleic anhydride grafted basalt fiber can enhance the gluing performance of basalt fiber bamboo-wood plywood. In this paper, the effect of maleie anhydride on the bonding properties of basalt fiber bamboo wood plywood was studied, and the optimum process of grafting basalt fiber with maleic anhydride was obtained: the time was 3h, the treatment temperature was 50℃, and the concentration was 0. 08mol/L. The performance parameters of basalt fiber bamboo-wood plywood prepared under the conditions were significantly higher than that of the blank group. The drystate bonding strength increased by 110% , the wet bonding strength increased by 120% , and the stripping rate decreased from 20. 15% to 0.
