Based on the overall solution strategy, it provides a good foundation for the reform of admission examination mode of higher vocational colleges via establishing rules and regulations and guaranteeing students’ source. Through diversified recruitment channels and school-enterprise cooperation, the talents selection method of ＂knowledge ＋ skills＂ is jointly formulated to provide the new methods for the admission examination model of higher vocational colleges. The innovative talents selection and training programs provide a new idea for the recruitment examination model of higher vocational colleges.
