基于企业流程以行动导向为主的教学设计研究

摘要 本文基于企业工作流程研究了以行动导向为主的教学设计,实现课程各板块间的结合。企业售后服务工作流程通常可被分解为技术板块与非技术板块,以汽车检测与维修技术专业为例,非技术板块针对服务顾问,技术板块针对机电维修等。院校技能学习需要结合维修站具体工作,但传统教学多以技术教学为主,弱化甚至取消了非技术教学。以企业流程为主线进行以行动导向为主的教学设计,可有效的在课程教学中实现技术板块与非技术板块的结合。 This paper studies the action-oriented teaching design based on enterprise workflow, and realizes the combination of various course sections. The enterprise workflow after-sales service can usually be divided into technical and non-technical plates. Taking the major of automobile testing and maintenance as an example, non-technical plates are for service consultants and technical plates are for electromechanical maintenance. College skill learning needs to be combined with the specific work of the maintenance station. However, the traditional teaching is mainly based on technical teaching, which leads to the weakening or even cancellation of non-technical teaching. By taking enterprise workflow as the main line to conduct the action-oriented teaching design, it helps to effectively realize the combination of technical plates and non-technical plates in the process of teaching.
