职业教育是广泛面向社会人员的教育,包括职业学校教育和职业培训。与普通教育和成人教育相比较,职业教育以就业为导向,侧重于实践技能和实际工作能力的培养与提升,契合了国家产业结构的调整与转型对高技能型人才的需要。在贯彻"四个全面"的背景下,大力发展职业教育,更能适应精准扶贫的需要。

Vocational education is a education widely available to the community, including vocational school education and vocational training. Compared with ordinary education and adult education, vocational education is employment-oriented and focuses on the training and improvement of practical skills and working abilities, which meets the needs of the adjustment and transformation of national industrial structure for highly skilled talents. In the context of the implementation of the ＂four comprehensives＂, it is essential to vigorously develop vocational education to better meet the needs of targeted poverty alleviation.
