大学生诚信品质培养的德育视角

Cultivation of College Students' Integrity Quality from Perspective of Moral Education

当前大学生存在知行不统一、诚信行为的自律性不强、诚信评价双重化、对社会诚信信心不足的现象。在德育视角下,大学生诚信品质的培养需要态度鲜明、坚持目标引领地处理好社会与个人、他律与自律、认知与实践的关系,把握整体性、层次性、契合性原则的基础上,通过全员参与、全方位渗透,典型示范、全过程引领,加强实践、全环境体验的创新路径开展大学生诚信教育。

At present, there exist such problems as disunity of knowledge and practice, lack of self-discipline, double evaluations,and lack of confidence for college students’ integrity. From the perspective of moral education, the cultivation of college students’ integrity quality needs to have a clear attitude, and adhere to the goal to properly handle the relationship between society and individuals, heteronomy and self-discipline, cognition and practice. Also the cultivation of college students’ integrity quality needs to grasp the principle of integrity, hierarchy and conformity, through full participation, all-round penetration, typical demonstration, whole-process guidance, in a way to strengthen the innovation path of practice and all-environment experience.
