摘要
2014年国务院颁布《关于深化考试招生制度改革的实施意见》,公布了新高考改革方案.新方案立意很好,但是在具体推进和实施过程中,却面临一系列的难题和挑战.基于考生压力"叠加效应"和选拔考试"竞争属性"的客观事实,在"我国高等教育正向普及化发展"的前提下,提出了"会考+"的新思路,可为《意见》的不断完善提供参考.
In 2014, the State Council released Advice on Deepening the Enrolment System Reforms and announced the plan of the New College Entrance Examination （CEE） reforms. Despite the good conception, the new plan faced a series of problems and challenges in the implementing process. Based on the superimposed effect of the candidates for entrance examination, and the objective facts of com- petitive attribute of selective examination, under the premise of ＂popularizing higher education in China＂, the paper proposes new ＂High School Graduate Test ＋＂ methods , so that it can provide more advice to perfect the referred Advice.
