Practical Skills of Managing Electronic Records of Scientific Research of Subordinate Colleges in Universities

二级学院是高校各类科研工作的具体执行单位,二级学院科研档案管理是科研工作的一部分,同时也为学科建设、人才培养、政策规章制定、职称评定和人事考核等工作提供详实支撑材料和参考依据.如果管理不到位,就会造成科研档案缺失、不完整或无法查找,无法形成能促进学科建设和科研工作发展的可利用的有效资源.因此,科研档案管理工作已成为二级学院科研、人事和学科建设等工作的必要基础条件,对学校和二级学院的长久持续发展有着极为重要的作用.基于实践经验,总结并分享了先将科研电子档案分为若干个大类文件夹,再按需求分出多级文件夹,注重配套的相关纸质档案资料,以及掌握原则和灵活运用等高校二级学院电子档案管理方法.

Managing records of scientific research of subordinate colleges, which is the specific execution unit of all kinds of scientific research work in universities, is a part of scientific research work, and provides detailed support and reference for the work of discipline construction, personnel training, policy and regulations formulation, professional title evaluation and personnel assessment. Further- more, unsuitable management could result in lack, incomplete scientific research records and hardly promoting the development of dis- cipline construction and scientific research. Consequently, management of scientific research records has become a necessary basic con- dition for the research, personnel and discipline construction of subordinate colleges, and has a very important role in sustainable de- velopment of subordinate colleges and universities. Based on my experience, the author shared and discussed several methods on the management of electronic records of scientific research of subordinate colleges in universities.
