“双创”时代长沙地区大学生创业型人才培养现状与对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Cultivating Entrepreneurship Talents in Changsha in the “Double Creation”Time

"双创"时代到来为大学生创业提供了良好的机遇,也使得大学生创业型人才培养问题成为社会关注的焦点之一.采用问卷调查方法,从个体、家庭、学校和社会四个方面,剖析了长沙地区大学生创业型人才培养现状.研究发现,社会创业生态体系、高校创业教育、家庭创业精神培养和个体创业素质与能力方面都存在一定的问题.最后,提出了相应的建议和对策.

＂Double creation＂ era provides a good opportunity for college students entrepreneurship, also makes the college students＇ entrepreneurial talent training problems become one of the foeus of soeial attention. Using questionnaire survey method, from individu- al, family, sehool and social four aspects, the paper analyzes the present situation of college students＇ entrepreneurial talent training Changsha. The study found that social entrepreneurship ecological system, entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, the family entrepreneurial eulture and entrepreneurial qualities and abilities have some problem. Finally the paper puts forward suggestions and countermeasures according to the four aspects of the problem.
