创新是引领发展的第一动力,实施创新驱动发展战略,需发挥好科技创新引领新发展的核心支撑作用。桂林作为全国旅游创新发展先行区,创新驱动更需要强化科技创新。虽然桂林科技创新基础良好,但是桂林科技创新驱动也存在诸多阻碍。为此,需要深入明确总体思路和主要目标、打造桂林科技创新驱动的支撑平台、加快提供桂林科技创新驱动的有力保障,积极推进桂林国际旅游胜地创新驱动发展。

Innovation is the first force that leads to development. The implementation of the innovationdrivendevelopment strategy needs to give play to the core supporting role of scientific and technological in-novation in leading new development. Guilin, as the leading area of national tourism innovation develop-ment, needs to strengthen scientific and technological innovation. Although innovation foundation in sci-ence and technology is good, there are still many obstacles in innovation drive of Guilin. We need to fur-ther clarify the general idea and main objectives, build a supporting platform, accelerate the provision of astrong support driven by Guilin science and technology innovation, and actively promote the innovationdrivendevelopment of Guilin international tourist resorts.
