摘要
心型脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)是小分子蛋白质,主要在心脏中表达,在长链脂肪酸进入线粒体进行β氧化时起着关键的作用。目前临床上H-FABP用于持续的心肌损伤及急性心肌梗死(AMI)早期诊断标志物,越来越多的研究表明,H-FABP与急性冠脉综合征、心力衰竭、心律失常等疾病的诊断和预后有密切关系。
Heart-type fatty acid-binding prolein (H-FABP) is a small molecular protein, which is mainly expressed in heart and plays a key role in mitochondrial β oxidation through partitioning of long-chain fatty acids toward the mitochondria. Nowadays, H-FABP is clinically used for the early diagnosis of persistent myocardial injury and acute myocardial infarction (AMI). More and more studies have showed that H-FABP is closely related to the diagnosis and prognosis of acute coronary syndrome, heart failure and arrhythmia.
