当代大学生军训模式创新研究——以四川文理学院军训改革为例

On New Model of Military Training for College Students:Take the Reform of Military Training in SASU as an Example

大学生军训作为学生接受国防教育的基本形式,是培养和储备我军后备兵员及预备役军官、壮大国防力量的有效手段.四川文理学院军训改革两年以来,开创"一个转变,六项创新"军训新模式.学生由在校军训转变为入驻达州市国防教育基地受训,从组织建设、国防教育、技能训练、素质教育、舆论宣传、成果巩固等六个方面进行了改革创新,取得了良好的效果.

As a way to the education of national defense, the military training for college students can enlarge the soldiers and officer of reserve force and enhance the power of national defense. The military training in Sichuan University of Arts and Science （SASU） has been reformed since two years, whose new model is ＂One change, six innovations＂. One change is that the previous training was in school and now it is in the base of national defense education. Six innivations mean that the traing focuses on the organization construction, national defense education, skill training, quality oriented education, publicizing and achievement consolidation. The new training has achieved positive results, which is valuable for the reform of military traing in colleges.
