Under the background of ＂Double First Class＂ construction, it is extremely urgent for the local university library to carry out the work of academic service. This paper discusses the construction of ＂double top＂ environment where the importance of the subject service in colleges and universities, and then analyzes the specific problems of subject service to the research result, puts forward the innovation strategy and promotes the local university library subject service work of benign and sustainable development.
