米诺环素软膏联合替硝唑治疗慢性根尖周炎的疗效

Curative Effect of Minocycline Ointment Combined with Tinidazole on Chronic Periapical Periodontitis

目的探讨米诺环素软膏联合替硝唑治疗慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法将98例慢性根尖周炎患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组采用根管治疗,同时采用米诺环素软膏治疗。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上采用替硝唑片治疗。观察2组治疗前、治疗后牙齿松动指数评分、牙龈指数评分、牙周袋深度和牙龈沟液中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL^(-1)β)的水平及临床疗效、不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(91.84%比73.47%,P<0.05)。观察组治疗后牙齿松动指数评分、牙龈指数评分和牙周袋深度及牙龈沟液中IL-6、TNF-α、IL^(-1)β水平均明显低于对照组(均P<0.05)。2组在治疗期间均未出现明显的不良反应。结论米诺环素软膏联合替硝唑治疗慢性根尖周炎疗效显著,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of minocycline ointment combined with tinidazole on chronic periapical periodontitis.Methods Ninety eight patients with chronic periapical periodontitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 49 patients in each group. Both groups received root canal therapy and minocycline ointment treatment. Additionally,the observation group was given tinidazole tablets. Tooth loosening index score,gingival index score, periodontal pocket depth and levels of interleukin 6 （IL-6）, tumor necrosis factor （TNF-α） and interleukin-β（IL-1β） in gingival crevicular fluid were measured before and after treatment.Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（91.84% vs 73.47% ,P〈0.05）.After treatment, the tooth loosening index score, gingival index score, periodontal pocket depth and levels of IL-6 ,TNF-α and IL-1β in gingival crevicular fluid in observation group were markedly lower than those in control group（P〈0.05）.No obvious adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclnsion Minocycline ointment combined with tinidazole is effective and safe for treating chronic periapical periodontitis.
