基于Oncomine数据库分析SLC16A1基因在口腔癌等头颈癌中的表达和预后 被引量:1

SLC16A1 Gene Expression and Prognosis in Oral Cancer and Other Head and Neck Cancer:An Analysis Based on Oncomine Database

摘要 目的研究SLC16A1基因在口腔癌等头颈癌中的表达并进行相关肿瘤预后分析。方法挖掘Oncomine数据库中口腔癌等头颈癌中SLC16A1基因相关数据,并进行生存分析。结果 Oncomine数据库中SLC16A1基因癌组织/正常组织表达量分析结果共有442个,在癌组织中显著高表达99个,低表达30个。其中21个分析结果显示SLC16A1在头颈癌组织(包括6个口腔癌组织分析结果)中显著高表达,低表达的分析结果为0。通过Oncomine数据集生存分析表明,在头颈癌中SLC16A1的表达量与预后存在明显正相关,且SLC16A1表达量越高,总体生存越好。结论 SLC16A1基因可能是一种肿瘤抑制基因,可为后续深入研究提供线索,为肿瘤药物的开发提供参考。 Objective To study the expression of solute carrier family 16 member I(SLC16A1) gene in oral cancer and other head and neck cancer, and to analyze its related tumor prognosis. Methods Data of SLC16A1 related head and neck cancer were collected from Oncomine database and survival analysis was conducted.Results A total of 442 SLC16A1 expression analysis results were found. Among them, 99 showed significantly high expression in cancer tissues, and 30 showed low expression in cancer tissues. Among them, 21 analyses indicated that SLC16A1 was highly expressed in head and neck cancer, and no results showed low SLC16A1 expression in cancer tissue. Of the 21 analyses, 6 displayed high SLC16A1 expression in oral cancer. Survival a nalysis showed that SLC16A1 expression was positively correlated with the prognosis in head and neck cancer.The higher the expression of SLC16A1, the better the overall survival.Conclusion SLC16A1 may be a tumor suppressor gene,which can offer clues for further research and provide reference for the development of anti tumor drugs
