The preparation for rapid tissue culture technique of Vacciuium oshei was studied,including the determination of environmental conditions and materials for technical use. Then the technical steps were analyzed from five aspects,including vitro propagation,new shoots separation,new shoots propagation, new rapid rooting and new seedlings transplanting, so as to provide references for producers.
