摘要
多胺是生物体代谢过程中产生的具有生物活性的低分子量脂肪族含氮碱。具有促进种子萌发、影响植物生长分化、延缓植物衰老、提高抗逆性等生理作用。本文对多胺的代谢途径、多胺在高等植物生长发育过程中的生理作用及多胺与低温胁迫的关系等方面的研究进展进行综述。以期为多胺在农业生产中的应用提供理论支持。
Polyamine was a kind of physiological active substance with regulatory effect, and widely exists in plants.Its metabolic changes were closely related to the growth and development of higher plant.This paper reviewed the research progress in the following aspects:the pathways of polyamine metabolism, the physiological role of polyamine in the growth and between polyamine and low temperature stress. In scientific utilization of it. development of higher plants and the relationship order to provide theoretical support for the future scientific utilization of it.
