摘要 [目的]探究作物种类对根际土壤可培养微生物数量的影响。[方法]以玉米、高粱、莜麦、黍子、黄豆、黑豆和豇豆7种作物为研究对象,分别用斡旋法和抖土法对这7种作物根际土壤进行收集,培养根际土壤微生物并进行计数。[结果]斡旋法收集所得根际土壤细菌数、真菌数、放线菌数以及微生物总数显著高于抖土法;豆科作物根际细菌数和微生物总数显著高于禾本科作物。[结论]斡旋法获得的根际土能更精确、更真实反映根际微生物数量的变化,豆科植物根际的微生物数量更多。 [Objetive]To explore the influence of crop types on the number of euhivable microorganisms in rhizosphere soil. [Method] Seven crops of corn, sorghum,buckwheat,hazelnut, soybean,black bean and eowpea were selected as research objects in this experiment. The rhizosphere soils of seven crops were collected by the method of squeezing and shaking soil respectively,and the rhizosphere soil microorganisms were euhured and count. [Result]The results showed that the number of soil bacteria, fungi,aetinomyeetes and the total number of those three in rhizosphere soil collected by the method of spinning was significantly higher than that of shaking soil ; the number of rhizosphere bacteria and the total number of microorganisms in legume crops were significantly higher than those in gramineous crops. [Conclusion]The rhizosphere soil obtained by mediation method can reflect the variation of rhizosphere microorganisms more accurately and truthfully, and the rhizosphere microorganisms of legumes is more.
