新形势下加强党员干部理想信念教育探究

On strengthening the ideal-belief-based education for the Party members and carders in the new situation

坚定的理想信念能够有效地推动执政党自身的建设,是保证党组织队伍先进性和纯洁性的必要条件,直接影响到我国社会主义现代化建设的进程。在新形势下,全方位的开展党员干部理想信念教育,是全面从严治党的必然要求。近年来,党员干部的理想信念在总体上呈现出了好的发展趋势,但仍存在着一些问题,如政治思想迷茫,理想信念丧失;宗旨意识淡化,服务观念缺失;道德情操低俗,自律心态忽视等。因此,全面分析出现问题的客观原因和主观原因,进而有效地加强党员干部的理想信念教育是当前社会主义建设的重中之重。加强对党员干部的理想信念教育,用理论来武装头脑,增强党员意识,坚持以人为本,注重理论联系实际,发挥理想信念教育的最大功效,推动社会主义和谐社会的进程。

A firm ideal and faith can effectively promote the construction of the ruling party and is the necessary condition to ensure the good quality and purity of the party organizations, which will directly affect the process of socialist modernization and construction of our country. In the new situation, although the ideal and faith of the Party members and cadres is generally good, there are some weaknesses such as political and ideological coiffusion, poor ideal goals and faith, poor services and moral education as well as poor serf-dis- cipline. Therefore, a comprehensive analysis of the objective and subjective causes of the problems with ef- fective solutions through relevant education is the top priority of the current socialist construction, and it is necessary to enhance the consciousness of the Party members, adhere to the people-oriented principle, inte- grate theory with practice, and bring the potential of such education to full play to promote the harmonious development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
