摘要
以马水桔皮渣为材料,通过单因素和正交试验优化了表面活性剂(SDS)协同碱法提取黄酮的工艺条件。试验结果表明,在水浴温度为90℃,SDS浓度为0.5%,水浴时间为3h,提取液氢氧化钠水溶液pH为12,液料比为30mL/g的条件下,马水桔黄酮得率最高,达(24.31±0.50)mg/g。
Using Mashui Orange peels as the main material, extraction conditions for flavonoids by alkaline method assisted by surfactant (SDS) treatment were optimized through single-factor test and orthogonal test. The results showed that: water bath temperature 900℃, SDS concentration 0.5%, bath processing time 3h, pH 12, liquid-pow- der ratio 30:1, the extraction rate of flavonoids was (24.31±0.50)mg/g.
