摘要
桑椹含有丰富的营养成分,是一种值得开发的药食两用药材,具有很大的经济价值和市场前景。文章主要介绍近年来桑椹保健食品的研究开发及生产中存在的问题,结合市场需求提出研究的一些思路,为今后桑椹保健食品的开发提供参考。
Mulberry is rich in nutrients and is a kind of edible and worth medicinal material which with great e- conomic value and market prospect. This article is mainly introducing the development of mulberry health food in recent years, production process and existing problems. Then put forward some research ideas combined with mar- ket conditions in order to help the development of mulberry health food in the future.
